Our Seamless Onboarding Process

We want every new client to feel confident in our services, which is why we’ve designed a streamlined, transparent process for setting up your ongoing cleaning plan:

1. Meet & Greet

Before starting your cleaning services, we love meeting our clients personally. This gives us the opportunity to understand your home’s unique needs and ensure we provide the best possible experience.

2. Complementary In-Home Consultation

We provide a complimentary 15–60-minute on-site consultation to assess your property and discuss your unique cleaning requests. During this appointment, our team will conduct a guided walkthrough with you and complete our Client Intake Form to capture every detail. This process allows us to better understand your priorities, recommend the most suitable service package, and ensure your expectations are fully aligned before your first cleaning.

3. Customized Quote

On the same business day, you’ll receive a comprehensive estimate—delivered via text or email, whichever you prefer—outlining your recommended cleaning package and any suggested service enhancements. We often recommend starting with a one-time Deep Cleaning to bring your home to our guaranteed standard of cleanliness. While optional, this service provides the ideal foundation for ongoing maintenance. Once the quote is approved and the 25% deposit is paid, your first cleaning appointment will be scheduled. If you have any questions or would like to review your options, your TD Fresh Impression representative is always available to assist.

4. Onboarding New Clients

On the day of your first cleaning, you will receive a comprehensive welcome packet detailing our service packages, optional enhancements, exclusions, and company policies. If you’re not home at the time of service, we’ll leave the packet in a designated area for your review.

Once your quote has been approved, you’ll gain access to a personalized client portal, set up through our software. This secure portal includes details of your services, photos and videos of completed cleanings, upcoming appointments, enhancement selections, and all invoice records.

We invite you to reach out at any time with questions or concerns—our team is always here to ensure you feel informed, supported, and confident in your experience.

5. Personalized Client Database

To ensure a tailored and consistent cleaning experience, we create a customized database for each client. This includes detailed notes on:

  • Special requests
  • Pet instructions
  • Preferred products
  • Areas needing extra attention or avoidance


If you ever need help navigating or updating your client database, we’re happy to schedule a call or stop by in person to walk you through the process. Your comfort and satisfaction are our priority.

6. Ongoing Cleaning Service Begins

After the first cleaning, we follow up with every client to gather feedback and make adjustments if needed. Once confirmed, we assign a dedicated house cleaner for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service.

Automated text & email reminders are sent before each appointment, including your cleaner’s name, arrival time, and departure time—ensuring a stress-free experience every time!
