TD Fresh Impression is a locally owned, female-founded cleaning company serving beautiful homes, short-term rentals, and select businesses throughout Gilbert, Queen Creek, and Arizona’s Southeast Valley. As a member of our team, you will train personally with owner Dulia Yale, work with the premium supplies we provide, and deliver the meticulous standard our clients know us for — on a flexible schedule, with weekday, early-morning, and weekend shifts available.
The Job at a Glance
- Pay: $20–$22 per hour, based on experience, + tips — and 100% of your tips are yours
- Employment Type: W-2 employee position — not independent contractor work
- Hours: 15–25 hours per week to start, with the opportunity to grow as our client book grows
- Schedule: Flexible — weekday, early-morning, and weekend shifts
- Supplies: Provided by TD Fresh Impression
- Training: Paid, hands-on training personally with the owner
- Travel Pay: Mileage and drive time between homes are both paid
- Work: Residential homes, short-term rentals, and select commercial clients in Gilbert, Queen Creek & the Southeast Valley
What You'll Do
- Deliver the TD Fresh Impression standard in every home — kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and dusting, along with the finishing details (baseboards, switch plates, ceiling fans) that make a home feel truly cared for
- Prepare short-term rentals to a guest-ready standard for every arrival
- Follow our detailed checklists, so every client receives the same exceptional result at every visit
- Note anything you see — damage, supplies running low, or maintenance concerns — so the owner can follow up promptly
What You'll Need
- Reliable transportation, as you will travel between client homes in the Gilbert, Queen Creek & Southeast Valley area
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening — our clients place their trust in us inside their homes, and we protect that trust without exception
- A meticulous eye for detail and genuine pride in your work
- Professional cleaning experience is welcomed, but not required
